It is a joy to be able to do what I love. I have enjoyed creating art for as long as I can remember. It is a passion that I feel fortunate to have shared with my grandmother, a talented artist herself.  I grew up in Savannah, Georgia, and I received a degree in fine arts from the University of the South in Sewanee, Tennessee.          

I paint what inspires me and I am moved by the beauty of our natural landscapes, particularly here in the Southeast. My hope with all of my works is to capture the spirit of my subjects through color, light, and brush strokes.  I strive to create pieces that people want to live with. I hope that they bring as much joy into your home as I receive by creating them.
